Our schedule matches the LSU schedule for the important events. I expect we will have live video from their site during many of the group meetings.

We will have snacks on Friday evening. Teams can come and go as they want, but you should try to be here from 6:00 - 9:00 if you hope to compete in the new scripting contest.

We will have sandwiches for lunch on Saturday, and we'll have pizza along with the problem review and awards announcement on Saturday evening.

As far as I know, our site is over-committed by about 50 percent. We have space for about 20 teams, but we have a lot more who are hoping to compete here. This is a problem we can manage for the contest and the practice sessions. We have these spread across three rooms and we have enough equipment to give everyone the same hardware. However, if we have more than about 100 people present for the contest, this is going to exceed the capacity of our large classroom. If we have a crowd this large, we are going to put some people in classroom 109 and overflow into the lobby right outside. This area is not ideal, but it does have seating for 30 or more and we have flat screen displays to show the problem review and winner announcement.
